We qualify all of our renters before showing them a property just like you would when you are shopping for a home to purchase. We run a full credit report criminal background check, national eviction check and job/income verification on all rental clients that we work with.
If a client wishes to move forward we present the landlord with their application to review. If they decide to move forward with one of our clients we will guarantee their rent for up to 9 months, meaning if the tenants don’t pay we will pay you, all you have to do is be a great landlord to your tenant.
